We are seeking healthcare specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, mental health services, audiology, radiology, pediatric ophthalmology, and pediatric neurology practicing in 10 high risk jurisdictions. These include California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, Texas, US Virgin Islands, and Virginia.

We would like to request your assistance with two activities – 1) identification of potential providers for the ZCC network; and 2) distribution of information to your membership to raise awareness about ZCC. We have introductory materials prepared and can provide those upon request.

Participating providers will be included in a provider network accessible via website and a helpline, which may lead to new patient referrals. Providers that participate in the ZCC Provider Network also will receive periodic emails with updates on new CDC clinical guidance recommendations and patient resource tools. We are seeking providers who are able and willing to:

  • Offer services as recommended by the CDC clinical guidance for the management of Zika virus
  • Receive regular email updates from the ZCC team
  • Receive new patient referrals
  • Participate in the ZCC Provider Network and maintain up-to-date profile information on the ZCC website

We would be happy to set up a call to further discuss Zika Care Connect and how your organization can be involved. If you have any questions, please contact the Partnership Director, Eva Margolies ([email protected] 770-220-0608) or CDC Project Manager, Chrissy Hillard ([email protected]/404.498.3819).
